Lantsiuh Fence

We print with normal-weight concrete made with grey M500 cement, clean crushed aggregate up to 10 mm, prepared quarry sand and a plasticiser. We control aggregate shape, screen out clay and remove metallic inclusions from the sand.

Bonding between layers is essential to an integral concrete element. We control printing intervals, mix consistency, temperature and humidity, and use steam curing.

We have used CRAFTRUDER equipment since 2018 and are a technology partner of its manufacturer. We reinforce printed elements with composite reinforcement supplied by Arvit.

Each prefabricated modular element is 20 cm high. Structures assembled from these elements increase in height in 20 cm increments; this is not the overall height of the finished product.

The basic printed concrete profile, which we call a spline, is 50 mm wide and 200 mm high. Its length and shape depend on the design. One-piece, sculptural and bespoke products have their own stated dimensions.

A typical modular block weighs about 40 kg on average, with some elements weighing up to 60 kg. A thin concrete wall weighs approximately 125 kg/m².

These figures do not apply to every shape or configuration. We confirm element and pallet weights for your order to plan transport and suitable handling equipment.

3D printing alone does not determine the load capacity of a finished structure. Our modular designs incorporate reinforcement, cast-in-place connections and movement joints as specified in the project.

The designer considers self-weight, wind and other loads, the foundation and service conditions. Member sizes, reinforcement, anchors and the concrete placement sequence are specified for each structure; there is no single detail for every product.

We manufacture in grey concrete without integral pigments. The desired colour is achieved with a paint finish, helping create a consistent shade across the structure.

We do not add a water-repellent admixture to the concrete, preserving bonding with paint and with concrete in the connecting joints. Unpainted concrete shades may vary between batches.

We recommend two coats of a façade paint for mineral substrates, such as Ceresit CT 54. The surface must be clean, dry and sound. Preparation, priming and application method depend on its condition and the paint’s current technical data sheet.

For initial planning, allow approximately 10 litres per 25 m² of surface on one side. Texture and application affect consumption; confirm it with a test area. Check airless spraying with the paint manufacturer.

We recommend painting outdoor structures and providing effective drainage. Avoid repeatedly wetting the surface with lawn sprinklers or allowing water to collect at its base.

Prolonged dampness can encourage biological growth on unpainted concrete. Use cleaning and maintenance products compatible with the selected paint system. Finish performance depends on preparation, exposure and care.

Depending on the model, elements are bedded in an adhesive or cement–sand mortar, with reinforcement and concrete placed in the connections specified by the design. Joints can be discreet or visibly recessed.

We agree the connection details and materials for the selected model. Installation follows its instructions and project drawings; block and panel guidance does not automatically apply to every shape.

Many modular fences use individual pier foundations at their connections. Other structures require a strip foundation or slab. The designer selects the foundation type and dimensions for the model, loads, soil and site levels.

Send photographs, foundation dimensions, centre-to-centre distances between existing posts or reinforcement starters, and the required fence height. We will look for a model that suits the existing base.

A qualified specialist checks the foundation and connection method. Alterations, new anchors or relocated supports are designed after assessing the existing structure.

Where a fence needs protection against pets digging underneath, recessed lower panels may be considered. Their suitability, moisture protection and drainage are agreed in the design; a W6 rating alone does not establish suitability.

Send a hand-drawn sketch with dimensions, the required height, your chosen model and photographs of the installation area via messenger. For fences, mark gates, pedestrian entrances, corners and changes in level.

Our designer will prepare a design proposal and quotation, with a complimentary 3D visualisation of your structure. On-site measurement is a paid service; an initial sketch helps us estimate the project before a visit.

Your measurements and sketch are enough for an initial estimate. Before manufacturing, we agree final dimensions and permitted tolerances for the selected system.

Slotted connections and some fence models allow limited adjustment during installation. Butt-jointed structures, including modular benches and building walls, offer little adjustment and require accurate measurements.

Products are made to order. Production takes about one month on average; we agree the exact schedule based on quantity and complexity.

Standard orders require a 50% deposit and the remaining 50% before dispatch. Bespoke products made to individual drawings require a 70% deposit; the final payment schedule is set out in the order.

We have our own installation crews and can recommend partners across Ukraine. We also provide instructions and advice to your contractors.

Suitability for self-installation depends on the model. Complex connections, heavy elements and load-bearing structures require appropriate skills and equipment; we agree the installation scope before you order.

Packaging is designed around element shape and weight. We use Euro pallets or double pallets, timber supports, protective separators, wrapping and securing straps.

Handling instructions accompany the packaging. Package dimensions, weights and unloading arrangements are agreed before delivery; non-standard products may need a dedicated transport solution.

We deliver in Dnipro and the surrounding region by crane truck. Across Ukraine, we arrange 10–20 tonne trucks or part-load transport once the order is ready.

Plan site access and suitable unloading equipment in advance: a crane truck or forklift. The operator must follow the packaging instructions and agreed lifting arrangement so that slings do not compress or damage the products.

We provide a 20-year warranty on structures installed by our team. For supply-only orders, the 20-year warranty covers the products themselves.

The contract sets out warranty coverage and conditions for the agreed specification, installation and use.

We replace products damaged during transport or loading and unloading. Inspect the order on receipt, photograph any damage and contact us to arrange replacement.
